Cuisine ranging from Soul, French-Creole, Cajun, Spanish, Italian and Asian.
Not only do we cater we will plan your events. We request from you is a theme a color scheme, budget limit. ND Nik of Thyme the San Francisco Bay Area, and Central Valley. there are no limits to our services. We will cater a dinner for two or a corporate event, Weddings, Showers, BBQ’s Reunions, Pic-Nic’s, Crab Feeds, and more!

Our Chef
Our Chef is Juaninne Williams AkA Chef Jua' who is a Northern California Native. Chef Jua' grew up in Richmond, CA, lived in Vallejo and Oakland, Ca. She also attending schooling in the Bay Area. Family and friends call her Nikki, Juaninne has two beautiful young adults Donisha and Nikolas, Chef Jua' grasp cooking at a young age. Growing up in the bay area her grandparents introduced her to the Central Valley, Patterson Pass, and Stockton where she inherited the skills of canning, pickling, pea picking, making headcheese and jelly cakes. Later on she aquired the skills of tamales, sausage making, and Cajun Gumbo from her mother the (late) Charlene.
Continuing to pursue her passion, in 2003 she attended the San Francisco Culinary Academy where she obtained an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. She also assisted and learned various skills from Chef John Coss and baking from Chef Cheryl Stoler at the (WATER BARGE ) restaurant in Vallejo, Ca. Exploring diffrent foods and learning multiskills that seem to never stop expanding, Chef Jua' and her husband Don, then started ND Nik of Thyme Catering which allows Chef Jua' to continue to be the social butterly she is. Allowing her the flexability to work a fulltime postion with Alameda County. Chef Jua' wishes to open her own restaraunt soon, and enjoy the smiles on each customer's face when they experience her cuisine.
She has no particular style, she loves Asian, but her husband say's " she is the best when under pressure and put on the spot at the last minutes. are her specialties I guess that why it's titled ND NIK OF THYME........
